Where Fires Are: International Showcase Fund

Where Fires Are is an Alternative Rock band from the UK. Their new E.P ‘One Four Six One’ has seen support from many blogs including key taste makers Louder Than War, Alt Press, The National Student and We Plug Good Music.

The EP’s lead single ‘I’ve Got the Time’ has had over 60 UK radio station plays and rotations on stations including BBC Introducing, Amazing Radio, Kerrang! and Voice FM. Furthermore, they embarked on a very successful, entirely D.I.Y nationwide tour across February visiting many cities including London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Sheffield and Leeds.

They are no strangers to the festival scene, performing at many highly regarded festivals so far in their career, including Reading and Leeds Festival, Tramlines Festival, Live at Leeds and Kendal Calling.

Where Fires Are visited North America for the first time in September 2016 to perform at Mondo N.Y.C, capitalising on growing support from some North American Radio and Press outlets.

The International Showcase Fund allows the band to feature in front of a new audience, network and engage with industry professionals and further their development in the North American market.
