Pale Seas: Momentum

Southampton’s Pale Seas is the nocturnal 4-piece led by singer Jacob Scott and backed by guitarist Graham Poole, bass player Matthew Bishop, and drummer Will Hilliard. Anguished and bitter-sweet, Jacob has penned an album of songs that speak of a young man coming to terms with love, death, and the world around him.
With the help of the Momentum Fund, the band will release their debut album in Spring 2015 on Native Pop via a label services deal with Caroline International (Universal Music).
Jacob says “The Momentum Fund is enabling us to release our album exactly how we wanted – we keep control of our music, whilst working with an amazing team in Jim Chancellor and the rest of Caroline. It really is a dream, and we’re ridiculously excited for 2015.”
