The Sandinistas: International Showcase Fund (SXSW)
Like projectile missiles discharged from the Welsh Valleys, The Sandinistas are a heady young mix of punk and new wave rock and roll. Although they only formed in August of last year, the band have already secured a management company deal with Riverman (Placebo / Wild Beasts) and boast UTA as their live agent worldwide. Debut single Ready to Blow has been heard everywhere from Radio One to Soccer AM and fans can expect a follow up release real soon. With festival slots in places in places such as Los Angeles and Moscow already in the diary for 2017, Sandinistas look forward to playing their first international shows at SXSW.
