Scottish Music Centre is Scotland’s national information hub, music archive and resource for the music sector and the general public. Their remit is to promote Scotland’s music nationally and internationally, to support musicians, composers and writers and to widen young peoples’ access to and participation in music.

PRS Foundation’s Talent Development Partner programme will support IGNITE, a new intensive talent development strand for emerging musicians and songwriters in Scotland, working in partnership with SMC’s established programmes Hit The Road and MusicPlus.
