CMJ Music Marathon New York

BBC Introducing presenter Huw Stephens announced on BBC Radio 1 the artists performing the joint BBC Introducing and PRS Foundation showcase at New York’s CMJ festival are:

Vaults 23.20

Clean Cut Kid 22.30

Georgia 21.40

The Big Moon 20.50

The Jacques 20.00

The showcase will take place at Rough Trade NYC on Thursday 15th October. Video highlights from the event will be available on the BBC Introducing website and here the following week, and Huw Stephens will be bringing listeners all of the highlights during his 10pm-1am Radio 1 show from Monday 19th October.

CMJ Music Marathon is celebrating its 35th year as a platform for the discovery of new music and has previously welcomed the likes of Bombay Bicycle Club, Bear’s Den, The Horrors and Courtney Barnett to their line-up.
