It’s not new news that our funding is very competitive! We tend to see around a 10% success rate across our funds. Every one of our grantees has been through our assessment process and wowed at least 2 assessors and a panel of experts with outstanding music examples and activity that has a significant impact on the music creators involved.

The Open Fund for Music Creators supports the development of outstanding songwriters and composers of all genres and backgrounds at different stages of their career. The fund can support projects by songwriters, composers, or artists, bands, producers and performers who are writing their own music or commissioning others.

Women Make Music supports the development of outstanding women songwriters and composers of all genres and backgrounds at different stages of their career. The fund can support projects by women songwriters, composers, artists, bands and performers who are writing their own music.

The Open Fund for Organisations supports new music projects led by promoters, talent development organisations, venues, festivals, curators and large performance groups. The Open Fund for Organisations offers grants of up to £10,000 for projects involving the creation, performance and promotion of new music that enable songwriters, composers, or solo artists, bands, producers and performers of all backgrounds to develop creatively and professionally.
