We’re recruiting a Grants and Programmes Manager

Do you have broad and up-to date knowledge of challenges for music creators who are seeking to develop their career? Are you passionate and knowledgeable about all kinds of new music including contemporary classical, jazz and folk music? If yes, then this role could be for you.

We are looking for a passionate, collaborative and inclusive team player with experience of working in the arts & cultural sector or music industry and an understanding of talent development, music funding and its importance to diverse music creators across the UK.

The selected candidate will manage some of the Foundation’s programmes including the Open Fund, The Composers’ Fund, Resonate, and New Music Biennial.

You will be able to work effectively in a busy, hands-on role. You will have a strong track record as a manager of teams or projects with a keen attention to detail. You will be excited about the opportunity of contributing to a small, dynamic organisation which is ambitious and continuing to evolve.
