PRS Foundation announces new staff appointments and promotions

  • Becci Scotcher joins the organisation as Senior Grants & Programmes Manager and Alison Williams becomes the new Communications Coordinator
  • Elizabeth Sills is promoted to Grants & Programmes Manager and Westley Holdsworth is promoted to Grants Coordinator

 

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Becci Scotcher as the organisation’s Senior Grants & Programmes Manager, Alison Williams as Communications Coordinator and the promotion of Elizabeth Sills to Grants & Programmes Manager and Westley Holdsworth to Grants Coordinator.

Becci Scotcher, who will lead the planning, management and evaluation of all PRS Foundation’s grants and programme activities, is a music and arts industry professional with over 17 years’ experience. Becci was a core member of the WOMEX 13 delivery partners; Cerdd Cymru : Music Wales team, and has advised the likes of JAAK, Help Musicians UK, Association of Independent Music, Welsh Government, and Arts Council of Wales. She previously held roles at Roadrunner Records, Welsh Music Foundation, and Wales Arts International.

Alison Williams joins the organisation to deliver the communications strategy and run the PRS Foundation website and social media. Alison has a background in film and venue management including Walthamstow Assembly Hall and most recently worked on Borough of Culture for the London Borough of Waltham Forest.

Current PRS Foundation staff, Elizabeth Sills and Westley Holdsworth both receive promotions, with Elizabeth becoming the Grants & Programmes Manager working across the organisation’s Open Programme, The Composers’ Fund, Resonate, and New Music Biennial and Westley being promoted to Grants Coordinator to co-ordinate the applications and assessment processes across all the Foundation’s schemes, with a particular focus on the Foundation’s Open Programme, Classical Schemes and partnerships.
