Edinburgh Art Festival

Founded in 2004, Edinburgh Art Festival is Scotland’s largest annual visual art festival and aims to showcase a diverse and vibrant programme of visual arts exhibitions and events, representing and supporting the best international and emerging artists. 

 

 

 

Suzy Glass

Suzy is a cross-artform producer, specialising in music, visual art and digital work. She is currently producing Wind Pipes for the Edinburgh Art Festival with artist Sarah Kenchington, and working with artist Hanna Tuulikki to develop Air falbh leis na h-eòin, a body of work interrogating the mimesis of birds in Gaelic song. Suzy co-produces Sync (a 2 year digital innovation programme) and PAR+RS (Scotland’s public art resource.) Until April 2013 she was the co-founder and director of Trigger, a producer-led arts organisation based in Glasgow. Prior to establishing Trigger, Suzy designed, developed and produced Central Station for ISO, a creative social network for artists, film-makers and designers. She has worked with and for a broad range of cultural clients including the Edinburgh Art Festival, the BBC, Channel 4, Arts Council England, the Natural History Museum and the London Transport Museum.
