2020 has been a challenging year for music creators and the talent development organisations which support them. COVID-19 has had a severe impact upon the live sector, halted talent development initiatives and left many wondering when things will return to ‘normal’ but there are positive stories, TDPs have been changing strategy and innovating to continue to support music creators and provide some inspiring stories and strategies to kick start 2021.
