Early Career Promoter Fund Resources

We’re delighted to release ‘The Early Career Promoter Guide’ as an exciting new resource for the live events community.

We created this guide through consultation with the sector and with our grantees on the kind of support and resource that would be useful in the early years. The intention of the guide is to bring together voices of experience who are generously passing on their vast knowledge and insight.

While we have done our best to put together something thorough and wide-ranging, we recommend that everyone does their own research too. Each scene is different, and what has worked for one person in the past may not work for you. However, we hope this guide offers useful insights into the lives and experiences of those who have been there, done it, and got the tour T-shirt to prove it.

We really hope you enjoy reading ‘The Early Career Promoter Guide’, and that it serves as a useful resource. Over the course of 2026 we will develop this page further to host other useful promoter resources including template documents to guide on budgets, productions advances and much more.
