360RnB Grassroots Project
360RnB is a UK based organisation dedicated to showcasing and developing NEW R&B from across the world who have organised a number of events with international and underground R&B artists and helped in development, promotion and creating a platform for them.
The “360RnB Grassroots Project” is a project dedicated to developing new underground UK R&B artists and DJs and give them access to opportunities they may not otherwise have had access too. The artists will audition at a number of regional audition events for a chance to perform at the O2 Islington Academy in London. The lead up audition events will also include panels with leading industry figures and tastemakers in R&B to gather information on gaining radio play, stage presence, how to create music, how the industry works and also opportunities to connect with those figures, the most developed artists will also be given an opportunity to create a song with a leading R&B Producer. The DJs will attend DJ lessons taught by some of the best R&B DJs in the UK with a chance to play a set at the panels and the final O2 Islington Academy concert.
