ATG Musick : The Hitmaker Fund

Alexander The Great, professionally known as ATG Musick, is a Grammy-nominated music producer, engineer, and songwriter. He has worked with industry heavyweights across the globe including Kelly Rowland, Burna Boy, and Headie One. A melody specialist and hitmaker, ATG’s diverse catalogue includes Afrobeats, Trap, Amapiano, Drill, Pop, R&B, and Hip Hop. With musical skills honed in the church, Nigerian roots, and a British upbringing- ATG has cultivated a unique sound. He guarantees electric energy, sweet melodies, heavy baselines, and groove throughout his work. In 2023, ATG Musick cemented his status as a powerhouse when he received a Grammy nomination for his production on “Vanilla”, one of the lead singles on Burna Boy’s Grammy-nominated album “Love, Damini”.

ATG Musick will use his Hitmaker grant to refine his mixing and mastering skills via a professional course. He also aims to increase the quality of his monitoring set up with purchase of high end monitors allowing him to get better results. A portion of his grant will be invested in travelling to France, Los Angeles and potentially Spain to work as he has already built strong contacts in these territories. The remainder of the grant will go toward dry hire and maintenance of his studio in London.
