Bio: Basil Reynolds is a Liverpool-based artist, facilitator, and consultant working at the intersection of music, wellbeing, and social impact. They are the founder of Finding the Music Inside™, a wellbeing-led artist development and creative consultancy supporting individuals and organisations to build resilience, reflective practice, and inclusive leadership through music and creative process. Rooted in Liverpool’s rich cultural ecology, Basil’s work spans facilitation, mentoring, and strategic consultancy across the UK’s music, education, and creative sectors.
This award is supporting a period of focused mentorship and consultancy with Joanne Anderson, enabling Basil to strengthen the strategic and commercial foundations of Finding the Music Inside™. Through this development, Basil is refining sustainable pricing models, professional contracting and supervision structures, and robust evaluation frameworks that clearly evidence impact and social value. The support is helping to scale the practice from a regional initiative into a nationally recognised consultancy while staying grounded in its Liverpool roots.
