Short Project Title: Carl Marah Debut EP Release Tour
Project Description: PRS Foundation’s support will help Carl Marah undertake a programme of touring, live performance and audience development activity surrounding the release of his debut solo EP “Me, Myself, and I”. The project includes a headline launch show at Edinburgh’s Voodoo Rooms alongside performances in Glasgow, Inverness and Heartland Festival in Pitlochry. Building on recent momentum including a semi-final appearance on Poland’s Mam Talent, growing streaming support and national radio exposure, the project will enable Marah to reach new audiences across the UK, strengthen his live profile and establish foundations for future touring opportunities. PRS Foundation support will contribute towards the costs of presenting these performances and promoting the tour, helping Marah develop his career as an independent songwriter and performer.
Bio: Carl Marah is an Edinburgh-based singer-songwriter whose music blends classic storytelling with a modern, cinematic edge. A full-time musician and co-leader of psychedelic pop band Logan’s Close, he released his solo EP “Me, Myself, and I” in 2026 following support from Creative Scotland and PRS Foundation. Recent singles “You’re Always Right” and “Stags and Hens” have earned radio support and introduced his songwriting to new audiences in the UK and beyond. In 2026, Marah reached the semi-finals of Poland’s Mam Talent, where judge Marcin Prokop described him as “a spiritual brother of Paul Simon” performing at a “world-class level”.
