Dylan Jenkins, also known as DJ Dilys, is a Cardiff-based DJ, radio producer, and music industry professional working at the heart of Wales music scenes. With a background. in radio, TV and the arts, Dylan’s work is rooted in creativity, community, and championing new music.
He is the founder of Radio Sudd, a new bilingual internet radio station launching in 2025, dedicated to alternative, global, and DIY music in Wales. Radio Sudd will platform boundary-pushing DJs, curators, and creatives from across the country—offering a space for connection, collaboration and culture beyond the mainstream.
As DJ Dilys, he’s a resident at Cardiff’s Clwb Ifor Bach and has played at some of Wales’ most respected festivals and venues. His work behind the scenes includes artist development, music consultancy, and cultural programming—supporting artists and scenes that often go overlooked by traditional structures.
Through the support of the PPL Momentum Accelerator fund, Dylan will attend a series of industry events to build key connections, develop his skills, and advocate for Welsh talent on a national level. This funding is helping to grow a career built on integrity, inclusion, and a deep love of music, the Welsh language and Wales.
