Elan Evans is a freelance music industry professional based in Wales and has been working in the industry for the past eight years as a promoter for Clwb Ifor Bach and Sŵn Festival. She now works as a freelance project manager in Beacons Cymru which is an organisation offering young people a pathway to the music industry through their many projects. She is also an artist manager and works with a range of bands and artists based in Wales including Mellt, em koko and Emyr Siôn. The next logical step for Elan as an artist manager is to start a label and publisher company to help support the artists she works with. Starting a label has always been a dream and now Elan can continue to work with as many artists as possible in Wales.
