At present im the Senior Events Manager at AIM (Association of Independent music), Curating the yearly AIM awards .With over 5 year’s experience in the events field my Career has developed due to No Limit Management, my company that produces events from concept to completion, along with representing DJS, influencers and artists.

I have dyslexia and dyspraxia and founded my company ‘Life With Dyslexia’ in 2019, advocating for dyslexic people in the industry and now named as one of the top 50 influential UK neurodivergent women of 2023. I gained a masters in Music business management in 2019 and I’ve worked with artists such as Giggs, Steel Banglez, Fredo, Stormzy, and more, all in an events capacity.

I curate festivals such as ‘The Originals’, awards shows, artist album launches, open mic sessions, and annual industry events, for brands such as Black music Coalition, Link up TV, The Great Escape, You Tube, Channel 4 and more. My skillset assisted me in 2019 to co-manage talent with Riki Bleu (Co president Since 93 Records) which Is when I grew within the artist management area.

Working with CEO Posty at GRM Daily since 2019 on his ground-breaking GRM Gala and Rated Awards and experiencing first hand how the platform helped up and coming artists is where I developed my interest in open mic sessions.

I am at a crucial tipping point in my career and this opportunity will help me to also help others through my open mic sessions due to POWER UP support.
