Esther McElwee: Early Career Promoter Fund

Esther McElwee: Early Career Promoter Fund

Concise Description: Run two female and non-binary led alternative dance events in Brighton in 2026.

Bio: Esther has worked as an audio-visual designer for the last few years and primarily works with musical artists, promoters and festivals. She has created work for the likes of Jamz Supernova, Nick Cave, We Out Here Festival and many club promoters across the UK. Inspired by the club nights Esther has contributed to, she ran her first club night in Brighton in September 2025. Since then, she has promoted 3 sold out parties in the city and has found a dedicated audience looking to dance outside of traditional club spaces. The early career promoter fund will help her to upscale her events, both in capacity and creatively. Esther will continue to book new and emerging talent from across the UK, in the hope of developing a non headliner centric party and continue to bring artists to Brighton to the first time.
