Eurosonic 2017

Feisty, fabulous electro-clash heroine Elle Exxe unleashes her much-anticipated debut album Love Fuelled Hate this year, mixed by Joe Kearns (Ellie Goulding, One Direction) and mastered by John Davis (Lana Del Rey). It sees Elle blossom into a major pop contender after the fast-rising starlet turned heads with her kicking-and-screaming 2015 debut EP Love To Hate You, which was a riotous explosion of her fearsomely unique attitude and striking pop-shock style. On Love Fuelled Hate she’s now spread her wings into a formidable and fully fledged pop star, flipping the genre on it’s head.

Elle wrapped up 2015 by headlining Koko for Club NME, after being championed by BBC Introducing and Kiss FM and flying high in Music Week Chart (#8 September 2015) and Amazing Radio Audition charts (#1 July 2015). She started 2016, playing sold out shows across London. She then sold out a hometown show in Edinburgh, part of Wide Days conference. This commenced her first tour which saw her captivate audiences, at Canadian Music Week (4 shows in Toronto), The Great Escape and Liverpool Sound City. Elle’s high octane performances, lead to an invitation to play 4 showcases in New York, with a private Google NYC showcase. During this time Marshall Arts LTD became her UK promoter, building UK activity.

Elle was then invited to play 3 festival showcases in South Korea and a ‘Britain is Great’ private party. Whilst in Korea Elle, self-released her debut album, ‘Love Fuelled Hate’ which received critical praise from Q Magazine and Classic Pop Magazine. This added to Elle Exxe’s arsenal of reviews from the likes of The Guardian, Popjustice, The Independent, Gay Times, Clash and many more.

Upon returning from South Korea, Elle celebrated the launch of her debut album, by headlining 229 the Venue (600 Cap). The following week she won ‘Best Female Solo Act’ at the inaugural Unsigned Music Awards. A televised ceremony where she also played live! This performance made her the first official booking for Isle of White Festival 2017. News was leaked over twitter. Elle finished the year by performing 4 songs for BBC Introducing (Vic Galloway) and playing at Ticketmaster’s first Live Summit.
