Bio: In 2025, Beacons Cymru continues to deliver Forté Project – its ground-breaking talent development model that plays an integral part in shaping a new future for the arts in Wales. We are continuing to expand our delivery, our reach, our vision and our impact across the country. We utilise a range of knowledge and skills from various industry professionals to support young people and help them identify routes to pursue careers in music. The project enables artists to experience their true potential, so they can present their best work and grow their profile to audiences in Wales and beyond.
Program Description: We will be delivering a comprehensive suite of support to Welsh-based artists, which includes the following: Bespoke industry mentoring scheme, Bespoke industry masterclasses, Creative exploration classes in songwriting and production, Networking opportunities in Wales >Access to nationwide music industry events, Access to live opportunities for both developing and established artists ,Rehearsal time, Recording support and facilitation >Marketing support, Business development support, Personal development support, Mental health support, 1-2-1 coaching
