Short Project Title: Generator: The Tipping Point – nurturing diverse pathways for music creators across the North to connect, create, and grow sustainably.
Bio: Generator is one of the UK’s leading and longest-running talent development agencies, focused on developing North-East talent, music industry infrastructure, and championing our music and artists on a national and international stage. Through our multi-faceted programme, we offer opportunities for artists at all stages, but with a focus on early-career.
Programme Description: The 2026 Tipping Point programme will be Generator’s largest creative development scheme to date, spanning the North. A rounded and accessible programme of support, enrichment, and development, for early-career music creators of all identities and backgrounds across the North East of England and beyond. Our programme reaches young people at the outset of their careers and provides routes into further creative opportunities from workshops to conferences, from songwriting bootcamps to showcases, and from release support to label deals.
