Short Project Title: Developing DTR:LABS — a suite of completely free, neurodivergent-friendly tools, apps, and resources built specifically for independent creators, artists, and upcoming music industry professionals.
Bio: George Thomas is a senior music exec with a wealth of industry experience working with artists, labels and global brands. He’s the Director of Artist and Label Development for AWAL at Sony Music, where he partners with artists to help them build sustainable careers on their own terms. He’s also the founder of Down The Road, a London-based collective known for curating events and talent across iconic stages. Beyond his executive role, he is also a notable DJ and producer. Performing under Just Geo, he has toured globally and built a reputation for high-energy sets and quality production, earning consistent support from key tastemakers and platforms all over the globe.
