The multi-award winning HebCelt returns for its 19th annual festival running from 16 – 19 July 2014. This unique event is set against one of the most atmospheric backdrops, the Scottish Hebridean island of Lewis with its distinctive Gaelic culture and heritage.
Supershows in the main arena, intimate shows and concerts both in Stornoway, the islands’ capital, and in rural communities, and many other fringe activities bring the islands alive each July. HebCelt main arena headliners include The Levellers, Big Country and Donnie Munro.
Each year HebCelt strives to bring additional, exciting elements to freshen the festival programme and reach out to new audiences. PRSF support this year will assist with the establishment of the acoustic stage and the programming for that exciting new development which will further add to the atmosphere of this special event.
