HUMN: The Hitmaker Fund
HUMN – (human without the A) – is young multi-instrumentalist writer/producer, Matt Newman.
Hailing from Southend-On-Sea, HUMN’s career began as a touring drummer & keys player for artists. Through this, he began spending more time in the studio and set about developing his writing and production skills. Fast forward a few years and his releases to date include multiple singles with Lilly Ahlberg (inc. Moonlight & collaborating with Sonny Fodera on ‘Young Forever’) Mabes (inc. leading single America), Lost Kings (FU4E), Ferdinand Weber (For Your Love) and LYRA (New Day). With a string of releases set for the coming year, HUMN has been busy in the studio working with artists & writers such as Ben Abraham, Vanessa Giminez (of Swimming Girls), April, Rayowa, Kayla Grace, Jonny Hockings, Lydia Kitto (Jungle), Lauren Aquilina, Chelcee Grimes & Violet Skies.
