Jeremiah Gogo: POWER UP Industry Professional
Short Bio:
As CEO of 314 Records, Jeremiah Gogo is building a next-generation, data-powered record label focused on discovering and developing global viral hits. 314 blends predictive A&R analytics, AI-driven marketing, and a worldwide network of industry experts to identify emerging talent early, optimize campaigns in real time, and execute with precision—where data science meets creative instinct.
Before founding 314, Jeremiah led Data & Analytics teams at Warner Music Group and Universal Music Group, with experience working label-side at Atlantic Records and Virgin Music. He was instrumental in pioneering the integration of data into A&R and commercial strategy, helping redefine how major labels scout talent, forecast hits, and scale artists in the streaming era.
A passionate advocate for inclusion, Jeremiah founded the Open Desk Programme, a ground-breaking initiative offering career access across major labels and music companies to young professionals from lower socio-economic backgrounds. Collaborations with organizations like The Social Mobility Foundation and Small Green Shoots have helped the initiative reach exceptional young talent who might otherwise be overlooked. In recognition of his impact on both innovation and equity in music, he was named University of Essex Alumni of the Year 2024.
Today, under Jeremiah’s leadership, 314 Records operates at the cutting edge of music discovery—leveraging proprietary tools, machine learning, and market intelligence to uncover hidden talent and engineer viral success. By combining data precision with human intuition, 314 is writing the next chapter in artist development—where technology amplifies creativity, not replaces it.
