Jords: POWER UP Music Creator
Jords, is a Croydon-based artist who has been on a meteoric rise since the release of his motion picture-assisted project Almost an Adult in 2020 and has now seen success with over 20 million streams. More recently, Jords released the album ‘Dirt in the Diamond’ in 2023 ‘featuring artists like Masego, Wretch 32, and Kranium, and marking the first UK rap album released under the legendary Motown records. Accompanying the album was a short film that earned recognition at the TriBeCa Film Festival and nominated for 11 awards, most notably the MOBO for video of the year. Beyond music, Jords contributes to his community through ‘Pickni Uniforms,’ a charity he founded to provide affordable school uniforms, showcasing his commitment to the Black-British Caribbean community.
