Josette Joseph is a self-taught Producer and Sound Engineer currently based in house at XL Recordings. Collaborations and work include, Lex Amor, Ego Ella May, Swindle, Brother Portrait , Emmavie and a variety of other UK artists.
She blends the genres of the past whilst pushing sound forward, the goal to generate the same feeling the music of her youth gave her. Reggae, Hip Hop, Jazz and electronic play large parts in her creative processes with compositions always aiming to tell a story of of what she see around her and in herself. Her Jamaican heritage plays a big role in her sonic choices and she is driven to using musical wild cards to make an impact.
