Kerry Andrew Music Catalogue Website

Kerry Andrew is a composer, performer and author and the winner of four British Composer Awards. With a PhD in composition from the University of York, Kerry specialises in experimental vocal and choral music, music-theatre and community music, co-founded the award-winning Juice Vocal Ensemble and performs as alt-folk band You Are Wolf. Commissioners have included London Sinfonietta, BBC Ten Pieces, Ligeti Quartet, Mahogany Opera, Tete a Tete Opera Festival, Art on the Underground and the National Theatre. Choral and vocal music is performed internationally and has been recorded on labels including Naxos, Presto Classical, Delphian, Resonus Classics and Nonclassical.

Kerry’s debut novel, Swansong, was published by Jonathan Cape in 2018, and a second novel, SKIN, was published in 2021. Kerry has been twice shortlisted for the BBC National Short Story Award and was an Alpine Fellowship Writing Prize-winner in 2021. Kerry was Chair of the Judges for BBC Young Musician in 2018 and has presented the New Music Show on BBC Radio 3.

The Composer’s Fund will support the creation and digital marketing of a new website dedicated to Kerry’s large choral and vocal music catalogue; a hub for choral leaders, ensembles and organisations to access the work easily and purchase scores. It will act as a platform for wider international opportunities and new commissions.
