Bio:

Kieran Irvine is a Liverpool-based artist manager and creative strategist working across music, visuals and long-term artist development. With a background in photography and creative direction, his practice blends strategic thinking with strong creative identity, supporting artists to build sustainable, nationally visible careers.

His work is rooted in Liverpool’s independent music landscape, with a particular focus on supporting emerging artists through thoughtful development and long-term planning. Kieran’s approach prioritises structure, clarity and sustainability, moving beyond short-term releases towards durable career growth.

The PPL Momentum Accelerator award is supporting Kieran to formalise and scale his management practice through professional development, national network-building and improved systems for campaign planning and delivery. This support enables him to work more strategically and confidently, translating creative instinct into clear, repeatable processes.

By investing in skills, systems and connections, the award is helping Kieran operate at a national level while remaining firmly rooted in Liverpool.
