KOJ represents the next frontier of British music—an alternative sound shaped not just by genre, but by the lived reality of modern Britain. His music sits at the explosive intersection of Rap, Grime and Punk, carrying the lineage of UK subcultures that have always been born from resistance, identity, and socio-political unrest.
In a time defined by economic pressure, divisive politics, and a generation fighting to be heard, KOJ channels the voice of the unheard. His lyricism blends sharp social commentary with personal storytelling, capturing the tension, humour, resilience, and creativity of working-class Britain. It’s why his debut EP, Villain With A Conscience resonated so widely—earning support from BBC Radio 1Xtra, Spotify, Apple Music, Wonderland, FACE, Clash, and Amazon Music. He speaks to a Britain navigating crisis and possibility in equal measure.
His next EP, ‘Punk Panther’ will see him take his next steps forward.
The PPL Momentum Accelerator will enable KOJ to control the narrative as it affords him the ability to complete the music with his ideal collaborator, shape and market it’s initial messaging and maintain ownership as he aims to license the EP to a label.
