Bio: Laura ‘Elle’ Erinle is a creative economy strategist, music executive and GRAMMY® Voting Member working across music, education and cultural enterprise. She is the Co-Founder of LOOM Talent Agency with Beverley NAYE Isibor, an independent music company developing African talent for global audiences, and is currently leading the launch of MYST, the label’s first flagship act, who are leading the African Girl Group revival.
