Biog: Luca is a dynamic music industry professional with expertise in artist management, A&R, marketing and events. Moving to London to pursue an international music career, Luca attended Westminster University for a music business MA, while working as A&R assistant at Unified Songs publishing, a PR Assistant for Cannonball PR, an A&R and management assistant to top producers and songwriters who contributed to records by Kehlani, HER, Elmiene, Burna Boy, Dua Lipa and Antslive. He also supported the London Music scene through role as PA for R&B artists, Talent Advisor at Iluvlive and volunteer work at BST Hyde Park and the Roundhouse. Currently Luca, manages Afro, House, Hip Hop and R&B artists/producer Hibachi and Crxssxs, works as playlisting assistant for Decent PR and is the founder of UNFLTRD, a live music platform that supports UK R&B, Soul and Hip Hop artists. With a deep love for live music and a sharp instinct for discovering talent, Luca is on a mission to redefine artist development. Luca believes live performances are essential for discovery, industry opportunities, income generation, and building meaningful fan relationships. His experiences attending showcases and studying A&R and marketing within UK labels led him to understand the transformative power of live music in an artist’s career.
UNFLTRD creates an intimate “tiny desk”-style showcase that strips performances back to their raw essence, allowing artists to connect directly with their audience. Built on authenticity, quality, and intimacy, it provides a space for emerging talent to refine their craft and gain industry exposure. Thanks to the Early Career Promoter Fund, UNFLTRD will continue fostering a thriving creative community, shifting the focus from digital hype to real, impactful performances.
