Biog: Club Kids is a new family party concept in the South West with a focus on building community amongst parents and supporting grassroots venues and artists. Quality music experiences can become harder to access as a parent or carer for small people so we’re meeting parents where they are and creating quality club culture experiences that can be enjoyed with their children. We are somatically informed and focus on the uplifting sounds of underground house and disco, keeping things gentle and joyful for little (and big) nervous systems. Giving back to the communities we serve is a big part of our ethos and we do this by providing employment opportunities for DJs who are parents themselves, by using independent venues at times they would often be empty, and by raising money for local parenting charities. In an age where many parents are struggling with stress and loneliness we create opportunities for connection, fun and release. Dancing communally helps reduce stress, increases levels of serotonin and create feelings of social cohesion and bonding- which is something we believe parents in 2025 need more than ever!With the PRS Foundation’s support Club Kids will be expanding from Stroud and Bristol into two new towns in the South West and will be working to strengthen the brand, solidify the promotional process and strategy with a view to becoming a sustainable social purpose business.
