Meron Addis: PPL Momentum Music Fund

Meron Addis

London born and raised, but remaining close to her Ethiopian heritage, Meron Addis has absorbed many musical resonances and life perspectives that have shaped the artist and person she is
today. With each release, Meron consistently continues to sonically blossom and demonstrate her skill as both a vocalist and a songwriter. As well as receiving support from national/international radio stations such as Radio 1 and BBC 1XTRA and editorial playlists, she has also gained praise from publications such as Wonderland mag, Notion & more. Whilst her name emerges amongst the UK R&B sphere, the songstress’ effortless combination of nostalgic melodies and fresh, sweet sounds has also gained a growing audience of loyal listeners in different parts of the world. As an artist that’s constantly writing and working on new music, the Momentum Fund will support her in the process of creating and marketing upcoming releases.

“As an independent artist always striving to grow and bring the best out of my music, the PPL Momentum fund will support me in doing this so I’m thankful.” – Meron Addis
