C Duncan: Momentum

C Duncan’s debut album ‘Architect’ was recorded at home and shortlisted for the Mercury Prize and SAY award as was  ‘The Midnight Sun’.  Both albums were ‘album of the day’ on 6 music and C Duncan has performed live sessions for BBC including Lauren Laverne, Loose Ends, The Verb, Ricky Ross and 2 Quay Sessions.

The new album ‘Health’ (released 29th March 2019) was recorded in a studio in Salford with Elbow’s keyboardist and producer Craig Potter.

C Duncan said:

“The generous grant from PRS Momentum Fund means that I can have high quality music videos made for the singles from my new album ‘Health’. It will enable me to get a film company involved, as well as actors and sets, which will ultimately take the visual side of my project to a new and much higher level, which matches my musical ambitions for the record. Having these high quality assets will also help spread my music more widely across different platforms including social media, online magazines and video/music blogs.”
