Dirg Gerner – Flako: Momentum

Unintentionally off-the-grid and committed to his personal sound evolution, Dario Rojo Guerra is best described as a Soul-documentarian. With roots in Chile, raised in Germany, and now based in London the man himself is a melange of flavor. His sonic palette is constantly evolving and full of boundless soul. As a producer appearing under the name Flako he keeps on surprising with cutting edge productions and remixes. Under the name Dirg Gerner he reveals his other side as singer and songwriter and is equally exciting with lots more to come.

The Momentum Music Fund will help Flako to write and record music for his debut album and develop an Audio Visual show to accompany his live show. As a producer he’ll be collaborating with vocalists & instrumentalists in professional environments to refine and extend his sonic abilities. As Dirg Gerner he’ll be focusing on the development of his vocal abilities and collaborating with other producers to start writing and recording new music.

Dirg Gerner/Flako told us:

“Very thankful and excited to have been awarded by the Momentum Music Fund. It’ll really help to facilitate the upcoming projects. Thank you!”
