Girl Ray are a North London 3-piece making, in their own words, “Estrogen Pop”.
With their sophomore album on the horizon, Girl Ray will use the generous fund from PRS Foundation to help take their live show to the next level. When they released their debut album ‘Earl Grey’ in 2017, they extensively toured the UK, EU and US with the bare bones of financial support.
They slept on strangers sofas, borrowed equipment and tour managed themselves. This fund from PRS Foundation will help them to build the kind of live show that their music deserves, with extra musicians and sound engineers and tour managers. And maybe a hotel or two if they’re lucky.
