Nathan Sauramba: POWER UP Industry Professional

Bio: Nathan Sauramba is the founder and director of Waverton Corp PR, a 360 PR & Marketing agency established in 2018 to champion POC talent and break emerging artists into mainstream media. Under his leadership, Waverton has delivered multiple chart-topping campaigns, including the first-ever Irish rap album to reach #1 in the Irish charts —milestones that reshaped the commercial landscape for homegrown Irish hip-hop. Nathan’s career began in artist management, where he developed Offica and A92 (Ireland’s premier drill collective). Their iconic “Plugged In Freestyle” broke into Spotify’s Viral Top 50 across multiple territories, earned a BPI Gold plaque, and received co-signs from industry heavyweights including Charlie Sloth and Fumez The Engineer. As manager, he generated 180M Spotify streams and 86M YouTube views for Offica, with A92 accumulating 177M Spotify streams, 71M YouTube views, two UK Top 40 singles, and 16 weeks at #2 in Irish Homegrown charts. This success led to Nathan joining Universal Music Ireland as Artist & Media Relations Consultant, where he delivered campaigns for Aitch, Dermot Kennedy, Drake, Stormzy, Post Malone, and Yungblud (#1). He spearheaded the 0207 Def Jam Block Party, which won Gold for Creativity and Effectiveness at the Eventex Awards. He later consulted for Warner Music Ireland, leading Burna Boy’s I Told Them album launch. Beyond music, Nathan served as Marketing Director for Black and Irish, leading events, PR, and partnership development—including the Black and Irish Awards. He is currently building an artist development label designed to institutionalise infrastructure for diverse Irish talent.

Short Project Title: Building an artist development label with a dedicated space for recording and collaborative workspace, scaling operations, launching publicly, and developing executive leadership for sustainable growth.
