Nippa, born and raised in North London, is an artist with aspirations of creating timeless music and inspiring a generation. His bond to music stems from being immersed in his mother’s R&B collection and local Grime artists who inspired him to freestyle raps and melodies from the age of 5.
Nippa fluidly integrates nostalgia from his childhood and his modern-day influences to create a unique sound.
“The PPL Momentum fund is supporting me to create my next EP, it will ensure I can maintain the momentum built from my debut self-titled EP & create and release music with increased quality in areas like production, mixing & mastering. This support couldn’t be at a more crucial time in my career as my previous music has attracted an international audience and support from various renowned platforms, therefore it is imperative that I am able to follow up and continue to share my talent with the world.”
