Short project title: Tallinn Music Week showcase – Africa stage – Saturday 5th April

Biog: I’m OneDa – a rapper, poet, and beat producer from Manchester. My sound blends hip-hop, drum and bass, afro-trap, and afrobeats, shaped by my Nigerian roots and the vibrant energy of my hometown. My debut album Formula OneDa, released via Heavenly Recordings, showcases my fearless lyricism, bold production, and collaborations with some of the UK’s most exciting talent. Over the past few years, I’ve performed at major festivals including Glastonbury, Boomtown, We Out Here, The Great Escape, and BBC 6 Music Festival, and supported artists like Kneecap, Baxter Dury, and Angélique Kidjo. My live shows are full of energy, empowerment, and connection—I love creating space for people to feel free and seen. Thanks to support from PRS Foundation, I’ll be heading to Tallinn Music Week on Saturday 5th April 2025. This grant is a game-changer, allowing me to bring my full live show to an international stage, reach new audiences, and build meaningful industry connections. It’s a huge step in growing my presence across Europe and sharing my message beyond the UK. Empowerment, self-love, and creative freedom are at the heart of everything I do—whether through my music or my community work leading hip-hop therapy sessions for young people. With the support of PRS Foundation, I’m excited to take my sound, my story, and my mission even further.
