Zara Nunn – award-winning musical theatre composer, lyricist and writer – makes her Crazy Coqs debut premiering a brand new collection of songs for the stage generously supported for the second time as an artist by PRS for Music Foundation’s Open Fund for Music Creators.
For one night only, Nunn will be joined by special guest singers and a cracking live band in a sparkling mix of world premieres and genre-bending numbers from her back-catalogue. Favorites will include songs such as Change the View from her acclaimed show In Versions (also supported by PRSF), an “idyllic song” that “soared…with similar tones of Pasek and Paul” – Musical Theatre Review.
Nunn’s music and lyrics have been described by audiences as “deceptively intricate, sublime, witty, intimate, funny, moving, thought-provoking, superb.”
