Bio: Paige Hughes is an emerging artist manager and live events professional based in Teesside, with a passion for supporting alt/indie talent. Combining hands-on music industry experience with strategic insight, she is now establishing herself more fully in the Teesside music scene as a female artist manager – bridging gaps for artists and driving creative growth at a pivotal point in their career. Paige currently offers a basic range of services to two artists – The George Bailey Band and Mr Bigfoot. Both of these artists approached Paige to assist them with day to day organisation tasks and essential admin – which is part of her skillset. These tasks are often low priority for emerging artists – leading to restricted opportunities for them. There are very few artist managers in the Teesside area – and previously no female managers. With PRS Foundation support, Paige can now increase the positive impact she brings to her artists – boosting their careers further, along with her own.
