Pulled Apart By Horses is a four-piece punk rock band from Leeds. Since forming in 2007 Pulled Apart By Horses built up a reputation as an exciting live band, described by The Observer as ‘surely the best live band in Britain’.
In 2009 Pulled Apart By Horses played 130 shows throughout the UK and Europe. In 2010 Pulled Apart By Horses played in over 100 shows, including 20 dates across Europe (supporting Blood Red Shoes and Anti Flag) and key festivals (Pukklepop, Frequency, Off). In the UK Pulled Apart By Horses supported Muse, Biffy Clyro, and Foals and performed at festivals including Glastonbury, Reading & Leeds, Latitude and Download.
In June 2010 Pulled Apart By Horses signed a licensing deal with Transgressive Recordings, an independent record label distributed by Cooperative Music in the UK. Internationally band’s album was released through Co-Op in Europe, South East Asia, Japan and Australia.
Pulled Apart By Horses also signed a deal with Transgressive Publishing at the same time.
