In Seven Days by Thomas Ades: Resonate

About the piece

In Seven Days is undoubtedly one of the landmark works of the 21st century and one of the best orchestral pieces of the last quarter century, because of the perfection of balance between the movements, the pleasing over-arching architecture of the piece and the very original virtuosity of the solo part.

The LPO will be performing In Seven Days by Thomas Adès as part of the opening concert of their 2018-19 London concert season.
