In 2021, with the backing of the PRS Foundation, Riya & Collette Warren are joining forces to write and release a unique and exciting collaboration album on their own imprint – Carnelian Music. As something that’s never been done before between two female vocalists this project is groundbreaking and will set a new precedent within the genre for co-writing and collaboration, especially amongst females and the vocalist communities.
All of the songs will address important issues such as female empowerment, gender imbalance, mental illness, unity, vices and addictions – all messages which need to be heard right now after a difficult couple of years socially and economically in the UK.
