Shao Dow is a London-based, multi-talented rapper, manga creator, entrepreneur and occasional ninja whose work is inspired by a love of Japanese anime, video games, and hip-hop. Known for his dynamic live performances and sharp lyricism, Shao has carved out a unique niche in the music industry, blending his passions to create a vibrant and distinctive identity. A true independent artist, Shao Dow has achieved numerous accolades, including becoming a full-time musician through grassroots hustle and his entrepreneurial mindset. He has performed internationally, including major festivals and conventions, and regularly collaborates with other anime and gaming influencers. The International Showcase Fund supports Shao Dow’s appearance at SXSW, enabling him to perform for US audiences and industry professionals.
