Dream Wife: International Showcase Fund (SXSW)
Dream Wife have quickly, and undoubtedly, become one of the foremost up-and-coming bands in the UK. They have recently finished recording their debut album with the first single scheduled for February. Tipped in many ‘Ones To Watch’ for 2017 the band have already completed a sold out headline tour of the UK in January this year and support The Kills in California in the immediate aftermath of SXSW.
The grant from PRS For Music Foundation has allowed Dream Wife to travel to SXSW for the first time, something that would not of been possible without that vital support. SXSW offers Dream Wife a unique and unparalleled opportunity to showcase to the US and the wider International Music Industry in once place and will be instrumental in furthering the bands career.
