For:

Urban Development Ambition for Excellence Programme - Accelerator Project

A leading music development organisation based in east London, Urban Development plays an integral role in the growth of urban music in the UK. Combining business acumen with an understanding of youth culture, they stand at the crossroads where the creativity of underground new music meets the music industry.

Over the next twelve months through Talent Development Partner support, Urban Development is committed to developing music artists at the infancy of their careers. If you are an emerging artist or a manager working with an unsigned artist and you need support with artist development, this is a great opportunity. Emerging artists will receive A&R guidance and co-writing collaborations, working alongside quality producers and songwriters to develop their sound and produce a body of work. They will be mentored by some of the music industry’s finest figures and receive support via grassroots PR/online promotion, showcasing and access to industry contacts.

The programme is bespoke to each artist, tailored to meet their vision. This is a programme only for those who are serious about their craft and developing as a music artist!

Urban Development will also be supporting their artists to access a series of industry-friendly artist-led live shows with high production values that feature performances by professional artists producing quality new music alongside the best of emerging professionals.
