Cheltenham Festivals creates four internationally-acclaimed Jazz, Music, Science and Literature festivals each year. The ever-evolving programming combines unique experiences and cutting-edge performances and commissions with more traditional works offering opportunities for new and developing talent alongside some of the most established artists in the world.

Their year-round community and education programmes culminate at the internationally-acclaimed Jazz, Music, Science and Literature Festivals. Cheltenham Festivals are committed to working collaboratively to produce innovative, world class content whilst developing, showcasing and advocating for diverse talent.
2020 – 2021: Exciting new commissions, premieres and artist development projects at the Cheltenham Jazz Festival and Cheltenham Music Festival.
Cheltenham Festivals support music creators in jazz, classical and related genres nationally and internationally at varying career levels, from new and emerging talent to more experienced artists, offering mentoring and guidance as well as exploring and developing new thinking in both jazz, classical music and other related genres including electronica, folk and improvisation-based music.
Their programming and commissioning covers a range of career levels from emerging artists in the Composer Academy, free stages and Jazz Showcase, through to early-career artists with BBC Radio 3 NGA events and jazz support slots to headline concerts and gigs for world renowned artists.
