2020 – 2021:

Exciting new commissions, premieres and artist development projects at the Cheltenham Jazz Festival and Cheltenham Music Festival.

Cheltenham Festivals support music creators in jazz, classical and related genres nationally and internationally at varying career levels, from new and emerging talent to more experienced artists, offering mentoring and guidance as well as exploring and developing new thinking in both jazz, classical music and other related genres including electronica, folk and improvisation-based music.

Their programming and commissioning covers a range of career levels from emerging artists in the Composer Academy, free stages and Jazz Showcase, through to early-career artists with BBC Radio 3 NGA events and jazz support slots to headline concerts and gigs for world renowned artists.
